Paper Submissions
The conference language is English. Papers should be concisely written. Maximum paper length for review is track specific (see above). Papers must be written using the IEEE conference proceedings style format (two-column and 10-point font). For more information on IEEE style formats, see http://www.ieee.org/conferences_events/conferences/publishing/templates.html

Registration
To be published in the IEEE DySPAN 2017 Conference Proceedings and IEEE Xplore®, at least one author per paper is required to register at the FULL/EARLY rate, and the paper must be presented at the conference. Non-refundable registration fees must be paid prior to uploading the final IEEE formatted, publication-ready version of the paper. For authors with multiple accepted papers, one full registration is valid for up to 3 papers. Accepted papers will be published in the IEEE DySPAN 2017 Conference Proceedings. All accepted and presented papers, except tutorial papers and papers in the “The Blockchain Bandwagon - The Spectrum Perspective” Workshop, will be published in the IEEE DySPAN 2017 Conference Proceedings and in IEEE Xplore®. Authors will be asked to sign copyright forms upon paper acceptance.

PLEASE NOTE: To be published in the IEEE DySPAN 2017 Conference Proceedings and IEEE Xplore®, an author of an accepted paper is required to register for the conference at the full (member or non-member) rate and the paper must be presented by an author of that paper at the conference unless the TPC Chair grants permission for a substitute presenter arranged in advance of the event and who is qualified both to present and answer questions.
